All orders placed via this website are being processed, prepared, packed & shipped from our Logistics Provider’s warehouse in the UK.

You can contact us at customer.service@irayeskincare.com, in case there is an issue with your order, so that we may raise it with our Logistics Provider and/ or the Delivery Service involved.
 
Delays regarding order shipments & deliveries can sometimes be expected during seasonal offers due to the workload of both Logistics & Courier Services. Such cases are also possible due to strikes that may occur within the calendar year, depending on the Delivery Service/ Provider and country.
 
Upon receival of your order, an automated e-mail is sent to your indicated e-mail address used while checking out. The link in the e-mail leads to our Logistics Provider’s internal software, where you can see your order’s status history. Please, always make sure to check/ visit the “Carrier Reference” link found on the top right corner of the landing page, highlighted in blue.

In case of failed or pending deliveries, please always make sure to check the Carrier’s reference/ tracking number to reschedule/ pick a pick-up point or for further delivery options provided, respectively.

It should be noted that all orders are processed & delivered under DDP (“Delivered Duty Paid”) incoterms. Therefore, no further duties tax is applied regarding the delivery/ shipment other than the respective VAT (“Value Added Tax”).
