We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved per the stated policy above.

If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method within ten (10) business days. For this, you shall receive an automated e-mail. Please always check your e-mail provider’s/ inbox’s “Spam” folder.

Please keep in mind that refunds may take some time for your bank or credit card issuer to process & appear on your bank/ credit card statement.
