Simply slide the empty container out of the holder, slot your Eye Revive Cream, Radiance Firming Serum or The Cream refill into place, and continue seeing the benefits of our lymphatic-activating blends. You can also shop these products as sustainable sets in our skincare offers and bundles, so you get your full-size product of choice plus a refill with a 10% saving.

What order should I follow for my skincare routine?

A cleanser, like the Cream-to-Foam Cleanser, is the foundation of your skincare routine. Make it your first step, morning and night, to rebalance your skin so your serums and face creams are easily absorbed. Then apply your hydrating skincare products from lightest to richest, starting with Radiance Firming Serum. Wonderfully weightless, it combats puffy-looking skin and targets hyperpigmentation with a vitamin C skincare formula. 

While your serum absorbs, treat tired eyes to Eye Revive Cream. It’s the world’s first eye cream formulated to activate your lymphatic system when applied morning and night. Are your products vegan?

Yes, our products are vegan and they are registered with the Vegan Trademark by the Vegan Society.

Is your packaging recyclable?


Yes, our packaging is fully recyclable. The outer glass bottle is made from glass & the inner plastic units are made from PP and PE plastics.

Our secondary packaging is made from 100% post-consumer recycled carton and is also fully recyclable.

All IRÄYE products operate with a refill system. Every IRÄYE product’s packaging contains an inner recyclable plastic unit that can be separated from the outer glass bottle and replaced by a new one. This way, you can help us help the planet by minimizing waste.

Are your products safe to use during pregnancy/ breastfeeding?

All our products are classified as safe to use during pregnancy and nursing.

Originally this warning was added as a precaution. However, current data shows that all ingredients of the RADIANCE FIRMING SERUM are safe also during pregnancy and breastfeeding. For the sake of sustainability, we chose not to destroy boxes that were already manufactured, so your box may still show the warning.

Face cream vs. serum: what’s the difference?

Face creams and serums each play a vital role in your skincare regimen. In short, a face serum delivers deep-penetrating nourishment, while a face cream boosts the skin barrier and hydrates the surface. You need both to address your skin concerns at every level, and IRÄYE’s Radiance Firming Serum and The Cream are formulated to do just that. Apply your serum first for a highly absorbent dose of hyaluronic acid, Bio-Retinol and our patent-pending LYMPHACTIVE™ Complex. It gives skin a sculpted look while feeling wonderfully weightless. Then smooth The Cream over the top. The skin barrier is improved while pores are treated to 24-hour moisture and glow-bestowing vitamin C. It’s a hydrating, anti-ageing face cream that leaves skin instantly smoother.

What is your skincare line “free-from”?

Our DEEPTOX range of products is completely free from parabens, mineral oil, volatile silicons & fragrances. All our products fulfil the Clean Beauty standards and are certified.  

Are your products tested on animals?


No, our products have never been tested on animals and are “Cruelty-Free” certified.

Do your products contain SPF?


No, our products do not contain any SPF protection.


What is the suggested order of application re. your products?


We advise applying the RADIANCE FIRMING SERUM on dried skin right after cleansing and to continue with THE CREAM, in order to experience the full benefit from both products in combination & further boost your skin’s lymphatic function.

Both product can be safely combined with other serums or creams.

The EYE REVIVE CREAM can be applied before or after the CREAM and the RADIANCE FIRMING SERUM.

How to apply my IRÄYE face products to boost my lymphatic activation?

Follow the IRÄYE WAY:

Step 1. Apply 2 drops of the IRÄYE Radiance Firming Serum to each half of your face.

Step 2. Gently rub the serum into the skin of your under-eye area. Start from the nose and gently rub the serum toward the temples, beginning with slight pressure and gradually relaxing as you get closer to the hairline.

Step 3. Massage from the eyebrows up to the hairline, then along the hairline down to the lower jaw.

Step 4. With a smoothing motion, massage from the edge of the mouth towards the jawbone and down the neck.

Step 5 : repeat the same movements with 2 drops of the IRÄYE CREAM to each half of your face.

Step 6: apply 1 drop of The EYE REVIVE CREAM underneath the eyes and gently massage it in an outwards motion to the corner of the eye, followed on to the eye lids, whilst closing the eyes, to further boost lymphatic activation. 

I have very dry and/ or sensitive skin. Can I use your products?

Our products are dermatologist designed & tested. Therefore, no reaction is to be expected, to our best knowledge. However, in case of known sensitivity experience in the past, we advise that you patch-test first, before fully integrating them into your daily skincare routine.

I suffer from partial eczema and/ or rosacea. Can I use your products?


Until now, we have not performed a clinical study specifically in individuals with rosacea or eczema. However, based on our formulation, we would not expect the product to cause irritation.

Can I use your products alongside the ones I am currently using?

Yes, our products can be combined with other products, provided that you already tolerate them and have not experienced any issues during their usage before introducing your skin to our LYMPHACTIVE Complex.

One/ Some of the product(s) seem(s) to have a weird smell…


All our face products are fragrance-free & only contain smells attributed to the natural ingredients used in their formula. Thus, a more neutral and even pharmaceutical-like smell is to be expected.

It should also be noted that all products go through rigorous quality control during their production & are stored under thoroughly monitored conditions in our Logistics Partner’s warehouse. This way, the quality & shelf-life of each unit up for sale is guaranteed.

Can I return/ be refunded for my order?

There seems to be an issue with my order’s tracking…
