Are your products vegan?
Yes, our products are vegan and they are registered with the Vegan Trademark by the Vegan Society.
Is your packaging recyclable?
Yes, our packaging is fully recyclable. The outer glass bottle is made from glass & the inner plastic units are made from PP and PE plastics.
Our secondary packaging is made from 100% post-consumer recycled carton and is also fully recyclable.
All IRÄYE products operate with a refill system. Every IRÄYE product’s packaging contains an inner recyclable plastic unit that can be separated from the outer glass bottle and replaced by a new one. This way, you can help us help the planet by minimizing waste.
Are your products safe to use during pregnancy/ breastfeeding?
THE CREAM with LYMPHACTIVE & the EYE REVIVE CREAM with LYMPHACTIVE are classified as safe to use during pregnancy, while RADIANCE FIRMING SERUM with LYMPHACTIVE should not be used if pregnant or nursing.
What is your skincare line “free-from”?
Our DEEPTOX range of products is completely free from parabens, mineral oil, volatile silicons & fragrances. All our products fulfil the Clean Beauty standards and are certified.
Are your products tested on animals?
No, our products have never been tested on animals and are “Cruelty-Free” certified.
Do your products contain SPF?
No, our products do not contain any SPF protection.
What is the suggested order of application re. your products?
We advise applying THE CREAM with LYMPHACTIVE right away after applying the RADIANCE FIRMING SERUM with LYMPHACTIVE, in order to experience the full benefit from both products in combination & further boost your skin’s lymphatic function.
THE CREAM with LYMPHACTIVE can also be applied after other serums you may currently be using.
The RADIANCE FIRMING SERUM with LYMPHACTIVE is best applied right away, once the skin is no longer wet after cleansing & pat-dried.
The EYE REVIVE CREAM with LYMPHACTIVE can be applied before or after the other products.
I have very dry and/ or sensitive skin. Can I use your products?
In principle, our products are well tolerated even with rather dry and/ or sensitive skin.
I suffer from partial eczema and/ or rosacea. Can I use your products?
Until now, we have not performed a clinical study specifically in individuals with rosacea or eczema. However, based on our formulation, we would not expect the product to cause irritation.
Can I use your products alongside the ones I am currently using?
Yes, our products can be combined with other products, provided that you already tolerate them and have not experienced any issues during their usage before introducing your skin to our LYMPHACTIVE Complex.
I am not sure if your products are compatible with my skin…
Our products are dermatologist designed & tested. Therefore, no reaction is to be expected, to our best knowledge. However, in case of known sensitivity experience in the past, we advise that you patch-test first, before fully integrating them into your daily skincare routine.
One/ Some of the product(s) seem(s) to have a weird smell…
All our products are fragrance-free & only contain smells attributed to the natural ingredients used in their formula. Thus, a more neutral and even pharmaceutical-like smell is to be expected.
It should also be noted that all products go through rigorous quality control during their production & are stored under thoroughly monitored conditions in our Logistics Partner’s warehouse. This way, the quality & shelf-life of each unit up for sale is guaranteed.
Can I return/ be refunded for my order?
