Refund Policy

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved per the stated policy.

If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within fourteen (14) business days. You will receive an automated email confirmation — please also check your Spam folder.

Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card issuer may require additional time to process and post the refund to your statement.

If more than fifteen (15) business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at customer.service@irayeskincare.com.

EU Right of Withdrawal: Customers exercising their statutory right of withdrawal will receive a full refund, including standard delivery costs, within 14 calendar days of us receiving your withdrawal request. No reason is required. The withdrawal form is available at irayeskincare.com/pages/widerruf.
