The Body Gua Sha activates the lymphatic system beneath the skin using targeted mechanical pressure. The stone's curved edges are shaped for the natural contours of the body — thighs, arms, abdomen, glutes — and when used with consistent directional strokes, stimulate lymphatic vessels to move fluid and reduce retention. The result is reduced puffiness, smoother texture and more defined surface contours. Unlike dry brushing, the flat edge works beneath the surface rather than just exfoliating skin cells.
3 to 5 times per week produces the best visible results. 10 minutes per session is sufficient — focus on areas of fluid retention or texture concern. Daily use is also safe and effective. Consistency matters more than intensity: regular short sessions outperform occasional long ones.
